High five — FAQ’s
how can i help with scholarships?
How do I change registrations?
We understand that kids change their minds, and we want them to have the best experience. We will do what we can to accommodate changes, but due to numbers we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet those needs. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
how do i cancel registration?
How do i make a friend request?
You choose two electives with your child. One for the morning (a.m.) and one for the afternoon (p.m.). If they have a friend request, you must register your child for the same elective at the same time (a.m. or p.m.) as their friend.
where do i park for check-in/check-out?
All parking is in the east lot of Reeths Puffer High School entering off of North Roberts Rd. All kids will be entering through the Fine Arts doors.
what should my child wear?
Your child should wear their High Five t-shirt, shorts and comfortable shoes. Everything gets dirty, stained and worn out this week. Please do not send your child in anything you love. This is camp and they play hard.
Cancellation & Change Policy
We understand that kids change their minds, and we want them to have the best experience. We will do what we can to accommodate changes, but due to numbers we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet those needs.
You may cancel your registration by June 7 by emailing Aimee (email@example.com.) for a full refund. After June 7, you will receive a refund minus a $25 cancelation fee.
how do i get my child’s t-shirt?
T-shirt will be available for Sunday, June 23rd at the High Five table in the Cafe. Miss t-shirt weekend? No problem. Your t-shirt will be located on your check-in table.
what if my child loses something or needs a change of clothes?
This is a normal occurrence at High Five. We have a lost and found table by the check-in. However, we strongly suggest you send your child in with nothing of value. They get dirty, and their clothes and shoes may never be the same.
how does lunch work?
Camper will bring their own lunch. Lunch will be eaten outside unless the weather does not permit.
How do you care for my child with allergies?
Note your child’s allergies when registering. Every elective director is notified of your child’s allergies. We provide an allergy protected lunch area for your child.
